An explosion at an upmarket residential complex that killed one and injured several in Moscow on February 3 targeted the founder of a military unit, according to the Russian state news agency TASS.Armen Sargsyan, described as the founder of the Arbat Battalion, was hospitalized in a serious condition after an explosion went off at the Scarlet Sails residential complex, according to Kommersant.One of Sargsyan’s guards was killed, according to Kommersant, with five in total wounded.This footage was posted by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, which said it was investigating.
