Protesters against the immigration policies of US President Donald Trump’s administration blocked a freeway in Los Angeles on February 2, according to local media and police.Footage recorded by Sergio Olmos shows protesters and police on the 101 Freeway.Demonstrators also gathered at City Hall, police said.CBS News, citing officials, said one person was arrested at the protest.The Los Angeles Police Department said in a statement: “Central Division Officers protect the 1st Amendment Rights of all people. Your safety is our priority. The safety of our officers is also a priority. Having full frozen beer cans, metal poles, or other objects is not a form of peaceful demonstration.
