A dozy driver learned an expensive lesson on Wednesday after choosing the worst place to park in Hanoi, Vietnam. The man had parked his car next to the railroad tracks for a quick visit to a local market. Realizing a train was fast approaching, he frantically sprinted back to his car to try to move it. But it was a race against time that he had no chance of winning.
