Hadi Nazari, a 23-year-old medical student, went missing while hiking in Kosciuszko National Park on December 26, Boxing Day in New South Wales, Australia. Over 13 days he had nothing to eat other than two granola bars. Hikers found him on January 8, finally allowing him to be airlifted to hospital and reunited with his family.
