At least 22 people were injured, 12 of them seriously, after a fire tore through a key costume factory for Rio de Janeiro’s Carnival, news outlet O Globo
reported.Footage released by Rio’s city government Operations Center shows flames engulfing the Maximus Confeccoes factory in the Ramos neighborhood.

deep concern over the incident and announced an emergency meeting to assess the impact.According to
