A memorial with a cross and candles was set up on Bourbon Street, in New Orleans, Louisiana, at the site of the car ramming attack that killed at least 14 people and injured dozens of others on January 1, footage filmed the following day shows.Footage filmed by Instagram user @notbasicblonde_ shows the small memorial on Bourbon Street.According to news reports, people were coming to the memorial and paying their respects to the victims of the attack on Thursday.Another memorial with several crosses and pictures of the victims was also set up at the site of the deadly attack, news footage shows.According to the FBI, on Wednesday at approximately 3:15 am CST, an individual drove a Ford pickup truck into a crowd of people. After plowing into the crowd, the individual exited the vehicle and fired on local law enforcement, who returned fire.
