Dramatic footage from a cafe in Port Vila, Vanuatu, recorded the moment a damaging 7.3-magnitude earthquake struck on Tuesday, December 17.The footage was provided by the Nambawan Cafe and shows customers and staff making a run for it as the quake hits. Additional footage from within the premises shows the turbulent scene there.The National Disaster Management Office said that at least 14 people were killed, including six in a landslide, with over 200 people being treated for injuries.On Wednesday, a state of emergency was declared for seven days, along with a curfew effective from 6 pm to 6 am.
