除了文班亞瑪(Victor Wembanyama)之外，來自阿拉巴馬大學的米勒(Brandon Miller)，也是今年選秀會的指標人物之一，根據最新外電消息指出，握有第二順位的黃蜂隊將挑選米勒。
還沒真正向NBA球迷展現球技的米勒(Brandon Miller)，日前的訪談倒是已經讓所有人對他留下深刻印象，在被問到詹姆士(LeBron James)和喬丹(Michael Jordan)的「史上第一人(GOAT)」爭論時，米勒一派輕鬆地回答道：「事實上，我不認為詹姆士是GOAT，我的GOAT是喬治(Paul George)，我看他打球長大的，從來就不是詹姆士。」

身高6呎9吋兼具投射能力的米勒，被不少專家認為是新一代的喬治，兩個人的進攻技巧和習性確實相當雷同，也不難理解米勒把喬治視為神一般的存在。

米勒和韓德森(Scoot Henderson)被認為是今年選秀榜眼的兩個主要候選人，黃蜂隊日前也邀請兩人進行試訓，已經賣出球隊股權的喬丹也坐在場邊觀戰，有消息指出喬丹仍然具有第二順位的決策權。

米勒日前受訪時也談到和喬丹的互動，他說兩人互噴了不少垃圾話，喬丹酸他只會投籃，米勒則笑說喬丹已經老了，還親眼看到他罰球時投了個大肉包，雖然喬丹嘴巴不饒人，但根據消息靈通的資深記者華納洛斯基(Adrian Wojnarowski)表示，喬丹已經決定將挑選米勒。
