巴黎奧運》體育署、中華奧會拜會台北駐法代表處 要讓選手無後顧之憂

奧運倒數不到200天，教育部體育署及中華奧會巴黎時間18日拜會台北駐法代表處，體育署鄭世忠表示，相信中華代表團在未來7月抵達時，「這當中都會跟我們代表處做很好的聯繫，務必完成組團的工作，讓我們選手在比賽過程無後顧之憂。」

巴黎奧運將於7月26日至8月11日進行，這也是巴黎在1900年、1924年後，第三度舉辦奧運。

鄭世忠指出，巴黎奧運不僅是民眾很關注，總統府、行政院也都會啟動跨部會的協助，務必做好組團的工作，這次到巴黎場勘、考察，當然也到駐法代表處拜會，「一起和吳大使（吳志中）跟我們團隊，提供我們組團相關的協助。」

台北駐法代表處大使吳志中18日率領重要主管聽取體育署簡報，吳志中指出，巴黎代表處大概是全歐洲最大的，今天因為同仁幾乎都在，需要什麼的，一定是全力協助，「讓巴黎奧運可以圓滿成功，我們旗開得勝。」

With less than 200 days until the Olympics, the Ministry of Education's Sports Administration and the Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee visited the Taipei Representative Office in France on the 18th local time. Cheng Shih-chung, head of the Sports Administration, stated, "We believe that when the Chinese delegation arrives in July, there will be excellent communication with our representative office to ensure the completion of the team formation. We want our athletes to have no worries during the competition."

The Paris Olympics will take place from July 26 to August 11, marking the third time Paris has hosted the Olympics after 1900 and 1924.

Cheng Shih-chung pointed out that the Paris Olympics are widely anticipated, and the Presidential Office and Executive Yuan will mobilize inter-agency assistance to ensure successful team formation. During the inspection and survey in Paris, they also visited the Representative Office in France, "working together with Ambassador Wu (Wu Chih-chung) and our team to provide assistance related to team formation."

Ambassador Wu Chih-chung of the Taipei Representative Office in France led key executives on the 18th to listen to a briefing by the Sports Administration. Ambassador Wu stated that the Paris Representative Office is probably the largest in all of Europe. Since almost all colleagues are present today, they are fully committed to assisting with whatever is needed to ensure the success of the Paris Olympics, "so that we can start with a victory flag."
