A young fur seal has been returned to the ocean after being freed from a fishing hook and line embedded in its snout, Melbourne Zoo said on November 20.The distressed seal was first spotted by a beachgoer, who alerted the zoo’s Marine Response Unit.The team removed the dangerous gear before releasing the seal.“It was wonderful to see the seal swim off into the bay.
