Driver rescued from Houston floodwaters by TV reporter

A driver whose car is submerged in floodwater in Houston, Texas, is rescued by ABC TV reporter Steve Campion. Campion urges the man to abandon his vehicle as it sinks below the water. The reporter, who had been preparing to broadcast live from the scene, then enters the water himself to pull the motorist to safety
