Some 40,000 people were left without heating following a Russian attack on Odesa which rescuers said killed at least one person and injured 10 in the early hours of Friday, November 15.The State Emergency Service of Ukraine said that residential buildings, cars, a church, and an educational institution were damaged in the attack.City mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov said the person who died was a 35-year-old woman.He said that 40,000 people were left without heating.Footage and images released by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine show rescuers working to extinguish a fire inside and assisting young and elderly people at the scene.
