A resident in central California was stunned as a powerful dust storm swept through the region on Monday, November 11.This footage was filmed by Fernando Orozco, who said he filmed it just outside Woodlake, located in Tulare County, on Monday afternoon.“A crazy first time experience of being stuck in a dust storm,” Orozco told Storyful.Orozco posted the video to his TikTok account, where it garnered almost 175,000 views in three days.The storm caused dangerous travel conditions, left thousands without power and caused widespread damage in the region, local media reported.
