Heavy rain and fog created difficult driving conditions near the Honduran capital of Tegucigalpa as Tropical Storm Sara was reported to be moving slowly off the country’s northern coast.This video shows conditions along the CA-5 highway in the hilly El Durasno area west of Tegucigalpa, according to Dante Mossi, who shot the footage.The United States’ National Hurricane Center (NHC) said Sara was “meandering” near the north coast of Honduras while “catastrophic flooding and mudslides” were ongoing in parts of Central America.Weather warnings were in place across Honduras, Guatemala, and Belize.
