Newly released body camera footage revealed the dramatic rescue efforts in September in Jonesborough, Tennessee, during the catastrophic flooding caused by Hurricane Helene.The footage, captured by Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency Officer Justin Pinkston, shows a number of rescues of residents stranded on rooftops and trees, as well as those pulled from the water in their homes after the the rapid rise of floodwaters from the Nolichucky River.Officer Justin Pinkston and his team were honored on December 6 for their heroic rescue efforts.
