A band of lake-effect snow created near-whiteout conditions in parts of western New York overnight into Friday, December 13, prompting multiple travel advisories in the region, local media reported.This footage was filmed by Carmen Clark, who said he filmed it from his home in West Seneca, Erie County, on Thursday night. In the post, Clark says he “already used the snowblower once” before the footage was shot.More snow was expected off Lake Ontario by Friday evening, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).West Seneca received 22.1 inches of snow, while nearby Eden received 42.5 inches, according to the NWS.
