Firefighters worked to battle a blaze that broke out near the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California, amid windy conditions, on Wednesday, November 6.The LA County Fire Department said crews have held the fire, dubbed the Broad Fire, at 50 acres with 15 percent containment.Malibu city officials said three structures have been damaged.Footage released by the National Weather Service in Los Angeles shows smoke from the fire as seen from a location close to Pepperdine University.
