Firefighters battling the Lilac Fire in Bonsall, in San Diego County, California,
announced on Tuesday morning, January 21, that it was 35-percent contained after burning through 85 acres.The brush fire started near Old Highway 395 (I-15) and Lilac Road in Bonsall, according to
