Five tammar wallaby joeys found their forever home at Perth Zoo, after being rescued from Garden Island, Western Australia, where they were found orphaned earlier this year.“Without human help, it’s likely these native marsupials would not have survived,” the zoo said in a press statement.Footage released by the zoo shows the adorable joeys grooming each other in their creche, where the zoo said a team of dedicated wallaby carers had been keeping a watchful eye on them.“Our cameras have allowed us to keep watch overnight and monitor their behaviors, and some of the interactions between the group have been really interesting to see," Senior Keeper Steve Catwell
said.“They’ve still got a bit more growing to do," Catwell said, but in the coming months the zoo expected to move them into a large exhibit to live with other wallabies and kangaroos. Credit: Perth Zoo via Storyful
