Some of them are seen holding banners reading “Solidarity stand in support of Gaza” and “Free Palestine.”Both Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and Jordan’s King Abdullah have rejected Trump’s suggestion that Arab countries take in Palestinians from Gaza, according to Al Jazeera.“The deportation or displacement of the Palestinian people is an injustice in which we cannot participate,” el-Sisi told a press conference, according to the Al Jazeera report.The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy said that the EU’s civilian border mission had been deployed to the Rafah crossing, which reopened officially on Friday.The Palestinian Ministry of Health said on Friday that “the first group of patients and wounded will leave to travel through the Rafah land crossing” starting on Saturday, February 1.
