Federal agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and several other agencies carried out immigration enforcement operations in the Denver metro area on February 5, ICE said.Local reports indicated that operations were underway across both Denver and the neighboring city of Aurora.ICE confirmed that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and the US Marshals Service were in Aurora on Wednesday to “remove” the “public safety threat” of “criminal aliens.”Footage filmed by YouTube user sawc_tv shows ICE agents outside Denver’s Cedar Run Apartment complex as a small group of protesters and a large media pack swarm the street.
