Residents of Washington, DC, were out with toboggans and skis on Monday, January 6, after a winter storm impacting several states dropped a reported 4 to 8 inches of snow across the metro area.This footage shows a boy sledding down a snow-covered hill in Rock Creek Park and two people on skis walking through Rose Park, according to the source of the video, Jeanne Stuart McVey.Another round of snow was expected through the evening, after a lull in the snow from late morning to early afternoon, the National Weather Service said.Multiple schools announced they would be closed on Monday, according to reports, and federal offices were ordered to shutter.
