The city of South St Paul had snow plows out clearing roads on Thursday, December 19, as winter weather warnings were in effect for the area.The National Weather Service said that 4-7 inches of snow was likely across central Minnesota and western Wisconsin.“Please allow for extra travel time throughout the day, and make sure to give the plows plenty of extra room to do their work,” the City of South St Paul wrote.
