Snow fell in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and its suburbs on Monday, January 6, as a winter storm moved across multiple states.This footage taken mid-morning shows conditions in the area of Abington, Willow Grove, and Horsham, located just north of Philadelphia in Montgomery County.By early afternoon, 1.8 inches of snow had fallen in Philadelphia. An additional 1 to 3 inches was possible after a lull through much of the afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.Heavier snowfall blanketed the Washington area, where 4 to 8 inches was reported, and parts of southern New Jersey.
