Animal control services rescued dozens of animals including dogs, cats, and a horse, from a property in the area of Roy, Washington, which belonged to a suspect in an illegal breeding and animal cruelty case.The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department said that 35 dogs, 18 cats, and one large horse were removed from the property by animal control services.The animals were to be treated at a local vet, and then transferred to the Humane Society, the sheriff’s department said.The charges against the suspect involved in the case were to be forwarded to a prosecutor for review.
