Crews Drop Water on Bernardo Fire in San Diego County

Emergency crews battled a brush fire that broke out in the Rancho Bernardo community of San Diego on Wednesday, January 22, stopping the spread at around four acres, according to local news reports.Footage filmed and posted to X by Chethan Kumar Iyer shows aircrafts dropping water on the blaze, dubbed the Bernardo Fire, which broke out on Wednesday morning.According to a local news report, evacuations were ordered for the area but most were lifted by 12:23 pm local time.
