Timelapse video captured record-breaking snow falling over the city of Milton in Santa Rosa County, Florida, on Wednesday morning, January 22, as a winter storm system brought heavy snow and gusty winds to the Panhandle region.The footage was captured by a security camera at a Santa Rosa County Emergency Management building.According to local media, the National Weather Service (NWS) reported least 8.8 inches of snow was reported in Milton - more than double the previous record of 4 inches set in 1954.At least 8.9 inches fell in the neighboring city of Pensacola, the NWS said..
