Parts of Arkansas were under flash flood warnings as heavy rains hit the state on Thursday, January 30.The National Weather Service (NWS) reported on Thursday morning that some areas of western and northern Arkansas received up to 3 inches of rainfall and more was expected throughout the day.In a video taken on Thursday morning by X user @ShirleyLaneFarm, a field in Subiaco, in western Arkansas, was shown flooded with water.“It’s yucky out there,” @ShirleyLaneFarm wrote on X. “The field behind the tree/fence is cosplaying as a ‘pond’ today.”The NWS said that some flood warnings would remain in effect until 5 pm on Thursday.
