Person and Dog Pulled From Wreckage as Four Injured in Morning Strikes on Eastern Ukraine

At least four people were injured during morning strikes on Sumy, in eastern Ukraine, on Friday, September 8, officials said.Sumy Mayor Oleksandr Lysenko said on Telegram that one house was destroyed and “many others” were damaged following the attacks.The regional administration said that attacks had been ongoing through the morning.Footage released by the regional branch of the State Emergency Service (SES) shows emergency workers rescuing a person from the rubble.
