Evacuation orders have been issued for areas near a fire that broke out in San Diego County in the early hours of January 21.The fire, dubbed the Lilac Fire, started near Old Highway 395 and Lilac Road, in Bonsall, and had burned 30 acres with no containment by around 3 am, Cal Fire said.Structures were threatened as the fire was “growing with a moderate rate of spread,” Cal Fire said.
